You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, specifications, and quality standards. Responsibilities: * Plan, organize, and supervise the execution of industrial maintenance projects. * Coordinate technical staff assigned to each project. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and delivery time standards. * Maintain constant communication with the client for progress tracking and incident resolution. * Prepare technical reports, logs, and project closure deliverables. * Coordinate logistics for materials, tools, and required equipment. * Monitor KPIs related to execution, costs, and team performance. Requirements: * Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial or related field). * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising projects or industrial technical services. * Knowledge of industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, etc.). * Leadership of technical field teams. * Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Word, reporting) and basic knowledge of management software. * Availability to travel (occasionally) and work onsite at industrial facilities.
