Ensures that each phase complies with established guidelines, quality standards, timelines, and business objectives, providing comprehensive follow-up throughout the design process and its implementation. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * 3 years of experience in architectural and interior design projects (retail experience preferred). * Prior experience in construction supervision and development of executive architectural projects (preferred). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proactive attitude. * Effective communication skills. **Knowledge:** * Cost estimation and budgeting * AUTOCAD * Intermediate Excel. **Additional Knowledge** * Electrical and lighting installations (preferred). * Video and camera installations (preferred). * Air conditioning installations (preferred). * Finishes and masonry (preferred). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Biweekly payroll payments * Growth opportunities * Continuous training * Statutory benefits ***We promote a culture of equity and employee well-being.***
