For convenient money transfers, our customers can choose to send money in person at one of our agent locations or directly by phone with our customer service representatives. **Job Mission:** Analyze credit risks, manage data and payments, generate reports, and support decisions to ensure financial stability and growth. **Job Responsibilities:** **Credit analysis for new and existing customers:** Identification of potential risks and mitigation measures **Maintain an up-to-date customer database:** Credit limits, response times, follow-up actions, and status. Provide information to various Finance functional areas to support better decision-making. Conduct timely and structured follow-up on credit requests. Analyze and identify potential shifts in payment trends and behaviors through statistics and report findings to relevant departments. Generate control and measurement reports for daily and monthly analysis. Maintain constant communication with Sales, Accounting, and Collections departments to develop performance profiles.
