




Digital Commerce Leader Position Objective: Lead and optimize the company's digital commerce strategy, ensuring growth in online sales, improvement in customer experience, and implementation of innovative initiatives that enhance the brand's digital presence. \-\-\- Main Responsibilities: 1\. E\-commerce Strategy: Define and execute the digital commerce strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. Identify opportunities to increase sales, profitability, and market share in the digital space. 2\. Online Platform Optimization: Supervise and improve the functionality of the website and digital sales platforms (UX/UI, navigation, loading speed, etc.). Coordinate with IT, design, and content teams to ensure an efficient and engaging user experience. 3\. Digital Marketing Management: Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.). Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve KPIs (conversion, traffic, retention). 4\. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze key e\-commerce metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rate, ROI). Generate periodic reports for data\-driven decision making. 5\. Digital Inventory and Logistics Management: Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure product availability, delivery efficiency, and returns handling. 6\. Vendor and Platform Relations: Negotiate and coordinate with e\-commerce platforms, technology providers, and digital service vendors. 7\. Innovation and Digital Transformation: Propose new tools and technologies that enhance customer experience and digital commerce efficiency. Stay updated on e\-commerce trends and emerging market practices. 8\. Team Leadership: Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams focused on digital commerce (marketing, operations, design, customer service). \-\-\- Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Business, E\-commerce, or related field. Master’s degree in related area (desirable). Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital commerce, e\-commerce platform management, or digital marketing. Technical Skills: Knowledge of e\-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.). Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.). Familiarity with SEO/SEM and marketing automation tools. Soft Skills: Leadership and team management ability. Analytical and results\-oriented thinking.
