UNIVERSAL TELLER Position Objective Ensure that customers receive excellent service and attention by quickly, accurately, and efficiently processing their requested transactions. Main Responsibilities Serve customers and users at the teller window and mobile cash unit quickly, courteously, and without errors. Carry out all operations with honesty and in compliance with banking regulations and company values. Comply with Banco de México regulations, BAZ's cash handling policies and procedures, and the 7's methodology. Safeguard cash in secure areas and follow bunker security measures. Meet cash handling productivity targets and implement the anti-line plan. Provide friendly and courteous service to encourage customer return and referrals. Requirements One year of experience as a cashier or handling cash. Enjoy working with customers. Availability to work rotating shifts. Availability to work weekends. Honesty in performing job duties.
