Our products, present across a wide range of fields, contribute to enhancing the quality of life for millions of people. **Job Description** Support the production area to maintain machinery availability in accordance with OEE levels defined by the development policy and business plan, thereby ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of existing equipment. * Analyze and implement fault resolution strategies for production area machinery to reduce downtime. * Plan and coordinate weekly preventive maintenance orders with support from the SAP-PM02 system to meet maintenance objectives. * Analyze and implement maintenance plans for new production machinery and equipment to ensure achievement of availability targets. * Develop and execute continuous improvement processes for production machinery maintenance to integrate new technologies into existing equipment. * Follow the process for handling obsolete equipment (machinery) to comply with fixed-asset procedures. * Promote safety, health, and environmental protection in accordance with ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 standards. * Conduct periodic equipment inspections and performance evaluations to identify potential issues before they cause failures. * Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize production interruptions during maintenance activities. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of maintenance procedures, equipment histories, and repair records. * Train and guide subordinate maintenance personnel on TPM principles, safety protocols, and equipment-specific maintenance procedures. * Participate in root cause analysis of recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. * Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure critical components are always available. * Contribute to the development of maintenance budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost-effective maintenance practices. * Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in maintenance engineering to propose and implement innovative solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and equipment installations. **Requirements** * Education: Engineering degree * Work Experience: 3–5 years of experience * Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) * Machinery troubleshooting and fault resolution * Problem Solving * ISO-TS 16949 * SAP System – Preventive Maintenance Module * Machinery Safety * English: Advanced level
