Basic training for end users Job Objective Ensure the efficient operation of the company’s and our clients’ computer and technology systems by delivering timely technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, always ensuring user satisfaction and operational continuity. Main Responsibilities * Provide on-site, telephone, and remote technical support (hardware, software, and networks). * Installation and configuration of computers, printers, and mobile devices. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Software and hardware updates. * Data backup and implementation of cybersecurity measures. * Technical incident diagnosis and resolution. * Preparation of technical service reports and records. * Equipment and license inventory control and updating. * Basic training for end users. * Coordination for equipment procurement or renewal. Required Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, or related field. Experience: 6 months to 1 year in technical support, hardware and software installation and configuration.
