Position Summary: We are seeking an Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor with experience in petrochemical environments, responsible for coordinating activities, programs, and strategies for equipment reliability. Supervision and development of inspection and condition monitoring activities **SUPERVISES:** Engineering and Maintenance Experts and Specialists **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, with certifications in Thermography (Analysis and Inspections), RCA proficiency, and Electrical Grounding Inspection **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum eight years of experience in a petrochemical plant environment. Minimum five years in a supervisory role. **KNOWLEDGE OF:** * English B2 * In-depth knowledge of process plant operations, maintenance, design, and project management in the petrochemical industry. * Strong technical knowledge of plant equipment and performance history. * Knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS). * Knowledge of Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPs). * Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Word and MS Excel. * Practical knowledge of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Federal Statutory Laws. * Mexican Official Standards (NOMs), including NOM 028. * RCM strategies. * API 508 and 581. * Preventive corrosion techniques, FMEA/AMFE methodologies. * Techniques for analysis, spare parts management, and mechanical integrity. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supports and promotes employee behavior aligned with the intent and implementation of all policies and procedures, achievement of departmental and corporate goals and objectives. * Supervises, manages, and coordinates assigned work teams’ activities to achieve maintenance performance objectives in accordance with departmental goals. * Supervises and directs the planning and execution of engineering and maintenance programs and strategies across assigned plants or the entire company to achieve maintenance performance objectives in accordance with departmental goals. * Supervises, develops, and implements inspection and condition monitoring activities across assigned plants or the entire division to achieve maintenance performance objectives in accordance with departmental goals. * Develops, implements, and manages engineering and maintenance programs and strategies to achieve departmental equipment reliability and availability objectives. * Supervises and directs reconditioning, shutdown, and abnormal situation activities to achieve departmental and corporate objectives. * Supervises other job-related tasks necessary for maintaining plant asset(s), in accordance with departmental objectives. **SKILLS:** * Communication and mediation techniques. * Leadership and organizational skills. * Supervisory capability. * Project management. * Negotiation and conflict resolution. **SALARY AND BENEFITS:** $90,000 to $113,000 Benefits: $23,000 SGMM and SV Schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday Round-trip airfare from origin city to Los Mochis, hotel accommodation for a defined period, and transportation support for up to one month as a benefit. **WORK LOCATION:** Topolobampo, Sinaloa Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $90,000.00 – $113,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance Experience: * Petrochemical company experience: 8 years (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
