**Job Description:** **We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team and support the effective maintenance of our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities operate optimally.** **Maintenance Assistant (Hydrosanitary)** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Maintenance or high school diploma * Availability to work flexible hours (mandatory) **KNOWLEDGE:** * Maintenance of hydraulic and sanitary installations * Medical gases and oxygen (desirable) * Carpentry knowledge * Basic electrical knowledge * Painting knowledge * Plumbing knowledge * Masonry knowledge * Corrective / Preventive maintenance * Metalworking knowledge **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydrosanitary infrastructure, including repairing water leaks, conducting general inspections of sinks and washbasins, and inspecting pipes. * Maintain records of preventive and corrective maintenance performed on medical gas equipment. * Track incidents reported by the operations department via tickets, maintaining logbooks and photographic evidence to support and document completed work. * Conduct daily rounds of critical areas and equipment to identify failures and incidents, reporting them to the operations department and, where applicable, correcting issues to sustain hospital operations. * Monitor on-site receipt of materials according to purchase requisitions to carry out requested repairs. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits **This is a temporary project lasting 3 months** **If you meet the profile and are interested in this position, please apply through this channel.** The Company maintains an unequivocal commitment to equality and non-discrimination.
