Energy sector company is seeking a QHSE Analyst **Functions and Responsibilities** * Implement, maintain, and monitor the **QHSE Management System** in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (or other applicable standards). * Monitor performance indicators related to quality, safety, and environment. * Conduct **internal audits** and support external or certification audits. * Participate in incident investigations, non-conformities, and corrective/preventive actions. * Develop and keep updated **QHSE system documentation**, including manuals, procedures, records, and forms. * Promote a **safety, health, and quality culture** through training sessions and awareness campaigns. * Coordinate with different departments to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. * Manage control of measurement equipment, calibrations, and verifications. * Support supplier evaluation and selection based on quality and safety criteria. * Generate periodic reports on system performance and propose improvement opportunities. **Job Profile** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree or engineering in **Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field.** **Experience:** * Minimum of **2 to 3 years** in roles related to quality, safety, and environmental management systems. **Technical Skills:** * Knowledge of **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001** standards (internal auditor certification preferred). * Continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis, etc.). * Applicable industrial safety and environmental legislation. * Experience with performance indicators, reporting, and audits. * Proficiency in Office suite and quality management software. **Competencies:** * Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement. * Teamwork and effective communication skills. * Attention to detail and analytical thinking. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. * Commitment to safety and sustainability.
