ACTIVITIES * Design and implement security plans and protocols for company facilities and assets. * Conduct internal and external site and field inspections during both daytime and nighttime hours to verify facility conditions. * Perform risk analyses and propose preventive and corrective measures. * Respond to and follow up on security incidents (thefts, intrusions, suspicious activities, other emergencies). * Prepare periodic reports on the site's security status. REQUIREMENTS * Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Public Safety, Management, or related field (desirable). * Intermediate Excel skills. * 3–5 years of verifiable experience in supervising private or corporate security operations. * Valid driver's license. * Advanced written and verbal communication skills. * Basic knowledge of legal frameworks and compliance regulations for private security in Mexico. * Problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills. * Ability to train personnel. * Willingness to travel within the assigned region. * Flexible availability. ACTIVITIES * Physical security, access control, operation of video surveillance systems. * Management of KPIs and performance indicators. * Risk assessments and internal investigations. * Integrity and ethical conduct. * Knowledge of Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights. * Administrative skills and ability to work under pressure. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot). * Defensive driving training (CEPA certification). * Training in security incident response (desirable).
