




**JOB OBJECTIVE:** Coordinate the determination of unit prices for baseline bidding budgets, catalogs of extraordinary and additional work prices, and execution price catalogs—i.e., the maximum direct cost at which we must execute the works. This is carried out through budgetary analysis and controls, aligned with directives issued by the Finance Department or the client. ***Prior experience in mass-produced social-interest housing projects is mandatory.*** The Unit Pricing Coordinator shall be responsible for the Group’s tenders, covering all legal, financial, technical, and related aspects of public tenders or competitions. **KNOWLEDGE:** AutoCAD, NEODATA, OPUS, Costing and Budgeting, Construction Regulations, Construction Processes, Public Works Law and Public Works Regulation. **REQUIREMENTS:** Five years of experience in similar positions; Civil Engineer or Bachelor of Architecture. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Coordinate the development of programming proposals and budgetary control for ongoing projects and active tenders. 2. Coordinate monitoring of material quotations provided by the Purchasing Department. 3. Coordinate analysis of market costs for materials, labor, and appropriate equipment and personnel productivity rates. 4. Coordinate review of contractor quotations according to parameters and requirements set by the Company, as transmitted by the Project Coordinator. 5. Authorize unit price analyses in accordance with the Unit Pricing Department’s parameters—including prices for contractors, subcontractors, and price cards for end customers. 6. Approve contractor quotations based on the Company’s parameters and requirements. 7. Coordinate overall project quotation for ongoing projects and active tenders, and assume responsibility for timely and proper submission of quotations. 8. Collaborate with the Project Coordination and Operations Coordination teams to develop pricing strategies for extraordinary items per ongoing project. 9. Analyze tender and project item catalogs, and deliver catalog costs promptly and accurately. 10. Request detailed, specialty-specific material quotations from Purchasing to facilitate more accurate analysis and quotation. 11. In coordination with Project, Operations, and Construction teams, analyze and validate the list of items to be executed, supervised, and extraordinary. 12. Determine payment rates for subcontractors based on actual work performed on site. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
