**Requirements:** Bachelor's degree and/or industrial technical career, administration. Experience in inventory control. Knowledge of SAP (Desirable). Knowledge of the Mexican Official Standard NOM-251-SSA1-2009, Hygiene practices for the processing of food, beverages, or dietary supplements. Basic knowledge of production machinery operation. Supervise and ensure compliance with the operational processes of the sugar packaging line to guarantee planned production, storage, and distribution with quality, safety, security, and efficiency. * Verify, according to availability, the curtain discharge during sugar delivery to ensure compliance with established procedures and requirements. * Check receiving documentation to ensure complete and necessary documents are available for unloading the goods. * Ensure product receipt matches details specified in delivery documents to guarantee agreed quantity and quality. * Verify sugar sampling performed by the packaging operator, ensuring it meets required specifications. * Coordinate sugar reception with process validation departments (quality, audit, etc.) to ensure proper verification and control at each stage. * Plan operations with the CEDIS leader to ensure compliance with the sugar production schedule. * Report any incidents detected during product receipt and handling to the CEDIS leader to implement appropriate corrective actions. * Report maneuvers performed during receipt to the CEDIS receiving team to support corresponding union payment. * Verify compliance with documented procedures (checklists, hopper inspections, and other operational controls), ensuring proper execution of activities. * Fulfill the monthly fumigation schedule and coordinate with the responsible department for necessary actions if contamination is detected. * Supervise warehouse adjustments together with the maintenance team to ensure optimal working and storage conditions.
