Position Summary: Technical Project Coordinator responsible for documentation, change tracking, production line support, and analysis of engine and hybrid component testing. Key Highlights: 1. ENGLISH B2 Documentation and Technical Change Tracking o Ensure technical listings o Track development and delivery of engine components o Review drawings for technical quotations and documentation (LAH) o Complete and update technical listings (ECA) o Track technical releases * Specific project tracking for engine/hybrid/electric components o Prepare documentation for engine/hybrid/electric components o Track release requirements for each project phase o Document and track technical design changes to engine components * Production line problem support o Propose solutions regarding production issues (obsolete materials, over-consumption, alternative parts, general series-related topics) * Develop proposals and provide information for potential savings programs o Generate new cost-saving ideas o Track implementation of existing cost-saving ideas * General support for ongoing projects: o Prepare release status reports o Organize and document follow-up meetings o Administer the server o Create and manage control tables * Component tracking before, during, and after testing * Test tracking o Generate general statistics (component properties, measurements, etc.) o Report and escalate test results o Evaluate and track components before, during, and after testing o Analyze measurements and experiments outlined in the test plan o Provide test results to support release recommendations o Track component development through to release o Monitor and report on test status (test benches, functional tests, durability tests, laboratory and special tests, aligned with project milestones) o Communicate with suppliers (analysis, reporting, etc.) o Conduct failure analysis and track failures to root cause identification and corrective action implementation o Failure analysis using MSG fault codes – Datarahmen interpretation o Reporting within the development process: o Project tracking o Preparation of financial reports o IT resource control and administration o Analysis of measurements and experiments in the test plan / Test results o Administrative matters Salary: $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
