Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, International Relations and/or International Business or related field. * INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH * Experience: 2 years in import and export processes through a customs agency, covering land, sea, and air operations. ***Work Location: El Vigia I Industrial Park*** Key Responsibilities * Logistics Coordination: Manages the movement of goods by selecting carriers and coordinating loading/unloading schedules. * Regulatory Compliance: Ensures adherence to customs laws by preparing and reviewing documents such as customs entries and customs manifests. * Advisory and Support: Advises clients on procedures, insurance, and fiscal/tax requirements, serving as the liaison between importer/exporter and customs authorities. * Document Management: Prepares and validates files, value proofs, and other electronic documents to ensure transparency and legality. * Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously tracks shipments and keeps clients updated on the status of their cargo. Cost Calculation: Estimates and manages freight and customs duty costs. * Required Skills * Knowledge of customs laws and trade agreements (e.g., USMCA). * Proficiency in customs entry filing systems (e.g., CASA). * Expertise in logistics, tariff classification, and packaging. * Strong communication skills and client service orientation.
