





**We are seeking: Export Assistant** You will be responsible for detailed tracking of each shipment from scheduling through to final documentation delivery. You will manage export files, delivering them promptly to the accounting department for recording and archiving. **Responsibilities:** * Track export orders from scheduling through to final shipment. * Prepare, review, and organize required documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, customs entries, etc.). * Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, and logistics providers to ensure timely execution. * Support scheduling and allocation of vehicles or containers according to shipment demand. * Verify compliance with applicable tariff and non-tariff regulations for each transaction. * Generate reports on export flow, delivery timelines, and logistics costs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory) * Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Intermediate/Advanced English, both spoken and written (mandatory) * Minimum 2 years of experience in exports or international trade (mandatory) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * ERP system experience preferred **We offer:** * Weekly salary * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers * Punctuality and attendance bonuses * Savings fund and savings account * And much more… Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 MXN per month Work location: On-site
