**Position: Inventory Manager** **Required Profile:** **Education:** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Logistics or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control and management. * Preferred experience in similar industries (entertainment, zoos, aquariums, retail, food or similar). **Knowledge and Skills:** * Management of physical and digital inventories. * Control of goods receipts and dispatches. * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas). * Experience with ERP systems or inventory software. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organization and punctuality. * Teamwork and effective communication. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control inventory of products, supplies and materials for the aquarium. * Conduct periodic physical counts and reconcile them with the system. * Record receipts and dispatches in the inventory system. * Identify shortages, losses or inconsistencies and report them to the relevant supervisor. * Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports. * Support internal and external audits. * Coordinate with departments such as procurement, warehouse and accounting. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunities Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $13,500.00 per month Education: * Completed high school diploma (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
