We are looking for a professional with experience in work generation and estimations to join our team. The ideal candidate must have solid knowledge in volume control, estimation preparation, and technical-administrative project follow-up. Main responsibilities: * Carry out work generation and progress tracking. * Prepare construction estimates and reports on quantities executed. * Review plans, technical specifications, and site logs. * Coordinate with site managers, supervisors, and contractors to validate physical progress. * Assist in compiling the technical and administrative documentation required by the client. * Follow up on submissions and closing of estimates. Requirements: * Proven experience in work generation and estimations (minimum 2 years). * Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and construction management software. * Analytical, organizational, and goal-oriented work skills. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Availability to visit construction sites when required.
