Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform cleaning duties for common areas, offices, and vehicles; maintain green areas; and provide support for company repairs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive maintenance of company facilities and vehicles. 2. Support in plumbing and electrical repairs. 3. Inventory control of supplies and provisioning of materials. **VALID LICENSE** **Experience in:** Cleaning common areas within the company. Cleaning offices. Keeping clean the common areas outside offices frequently traversed by employees. Pruning green areas that may negatively affect the company’s appearance. Cleaning company vehicles according to the stipulated schedule. Supporting other departments with various activities. Assisting in repairing defects within the company, such as plumbing or electrical issues. Maintaining inventory control of cleaning supplies. Stocking supplies (antibacterial gel, sanitary napkins, hand soap, etc.) in restrooms, cafeteria, and common areas. **Education:** High School Diploma Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
