We're seeking an experienced field sales professional, passionate about the construction and finishes industry, to lead market entry and consolidate our presence across the entire Southeast region. **Your mission will be:** * **Develop and execute** the commercial strategy to open markets in Veracruz, Tabasco, Campeche, Yucatán, and Quintana Roo. * **Prospect, negotiate, and close** high-value sales, building strong, long-term relationships with distributors, construction firms, and developers. * **Work with full autonomy**, managing your own schedule and route to maximize results in the region. * **Be the ambassador of our brand**, representing our innovative PVC sheets and profiles solutions in every interaction. **What do you need to succeed?** * **Essential Experience:** 2 to 4 years in field sales; it is crucial that you have experience opening new areas or markets! * **Industry Knowledge (Key):** Experience selling materials to the **construction industry, hardware sector, finishes, or architectural projects**. Knowledge of products such as sheets, roofing, profiles, or PVC materials will be highly valued. * Technical high school diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields. * **Essential Tools:** Own vehicle and full availability to travel 80% of the time. * **Key Skills:** You are proactive, self-managed, possess excellent negotiation skills, and are 100% focused on results. * **Availability:** For an initial one-week training in Guadalajara (travel expenses covered by the company). **What we offer in return:** * **Competitive Base Salary:** **15,000 MXN net monthly**, with weekly payments. * **Guaranteed Startup Bonus:** **5,000 MXN monthly** for your first 3 months to ensure your initial success. * **Uncapped Commissions:** An attractive commission structure of 1% to 2% on sales.
