**PLC & CNC Programmer** **Salary:** $30,000 per month **Employment Type:** Full-time **Work Mode:** On-site **Job Description** A metal-mechanical company is seeking a **PLC & CNC Programmer** to program, load, and control files on sheet metal CNC machines, as well as provide support in production processes, blueprint reading, and continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Experience programming and loading files for CNC machines (Sheet Metal). * Experience with **Prima Power and Bystronic** equipment. * Recent engineering graduate, technical degree, or equivalent qualification in programming. * Prior experience in similar roles within Sheet Metal or CNC environments. * Proficiency in **CAD and technical drawing**. * Ability to read and interpret production blueprints and technical drawings. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of continuous improvement tools. * Experience operating or programming CNC equipment (preferred). * Basic English (preferred). **Responsibilities** * Program and load files onto CNC machines. * Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for production. * Support manufacturing processes in sheet metal operations. * Ensure proper functioning of CNC programs. * Assist in continuous improvement initiatives. **Benefits** * Statutory benefits. * Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGMM). * Grocery vouchers amounting to **13%** (capped). * **30 days’ bonus (aguinaldo)**. * **40% vacation premium**. * Life insurance.
