**CERAMAT** LEADING COMPANY IN SOUTHERN MEXICO IN THE BUILDING FINISHES SECTOR, DUE TO EXPANSION, IS LOOKING FOR: **WAREHOUSE KEEPER \- CEDIS BUENAVISTA** Ensure proper control, receipt, storage, and dispatch of construction materials and products, guaranteeing their availability, integrity, and organization to contribute to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and register incoming goods according to purchase orders and invoices. * Store products on shelves or assigned areas following rotation criteria (FIFO). * Prepare and fulfill orders for customers and internal branches. * Conduct cyclic and general inventories, reporting discrepancies. * Maintain the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. * Assist in loading and unloading of goods. * Record transactions in system (ERP or internal software). * Report damaged, missing, or slow-moving items. * Comply with safety and hygiene regulations. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed secondary school (preferably high school or technical career). **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year in warehouse operations, preferably in construction or retail companies. * Handling of materials such as ceramics, adhesives, tools, etc. **Knowledge:** * Inventory control. * Forklift operation (desirable, not mandatory). * Good storage and safety practices. **Skills:** * Organization and order. * Teamwork. * Attention to detail. * Proactivity and responsibility. * Physical ability for moderate lifting. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Inventory accuracy. * Average order fulfillment time. * Goods receipt compliance rate. * Warehouse organization and cleanliness (internal audits).
