A leading automotive agency is seeking: **SERVICE ADVISOR** **Responsibilities:** Serve and advise customers, in accordance with the policies of the Automotive Manufacturer and the Dealer, who bring their vehicles to a Service Center for maintenance, repair, or aesthetic services, with the objective of generating the work order and following up until the final delivery to the customer. Receive customers visiting the Dealer requesting maintenance, repair, or aesthetic services for their vehicles, providing them with the professional guidance necessary to identify their needs and generate the appropriate work order. **Requirements:** * Education: Automotive Technician, incomplete Bachelor's degree, or related field. * Basic automotive knowledge * Valid driver's license * Customer service experience **We Offer:** * Base salary plus commissions * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunities within the Group
