Collection Supervisor Your responsibilities include supervising assigned field portfolios and managing collection agents. We offer the following: * Base salary of $15,000 NET per month. * Grocery vouchers amounting to 7% of your salary. * Uncapped commissions. * Christmas bonus. * Vacation bonus. Are you interested? You only need: * 3 years of experience in collections, with team leadership experience. * Motorcycle operation capability. * Valid driver's license. * Willingness to travel frequently. * Portfolio zoning and classification. * Credit negotiation and settlement. * Field supervision. * Evaluation and performance feedback for collection agents. * Partnerships with over 100 establishments.
