Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure compliance with image and cleanliness standards across leading dealership properties, managing action plans, procurement, and suppliers. Experience in construction and maintenance Major Volkswagen, SEAT, and Cupra dealerships—leaders in the automotive industry—are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that properties comply with image, cleanliness, and other guidelines. Responsibilities include implementing action plans, purchasing and safeguarding materials, monitoring suppliers, completing work tasks, issuing work orders, obtaining work permits, and supervising related activities, among others. Requirements: Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field; minimum 6 months of experience; knowledge of construction and maintenance; proficiency in Excel and work equipment. We seek a proactive, responsible, organized individual with flexible availability. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
