Job Summary: We are seeking a Collection Agent to perform difficult collections, negotiate agreements, implement recovery strategies, and secure payment commitments in a 100% field-based role. We are hiring a Collection Agent. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Gender: Indifferent * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law (preferred) * Marital status: Indifferent; minimum 1 year of experience in extrajudicial collection/asset recovery * Personal vehicle (mandatory) or motorcycle in good condition. * 100% fieldwork **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Difficult collections * Negotiating agreements * Recovery strategies * Securing payment commitments **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Gasoline allowance (MXN 2,000 monthly) * Biweekly commissions based on recovered amounts (UNCAPPED) * Statutory benefits * Social Security If you meet all the requirements outlined above, please apply through this channel.
