Manage resources to achieve established KPI targets: **Health and Safety** * Implement health and safety improvements * Ensure comprehensive risk analysis for both routine and non-routine activities * Participate in and ensure worker training on health and safety topics * Follow safety rules and procedures **Operations:** * Ensure shift handover and takeover via EWOs (top 3 per shift) * Coordinate maintenance activities to support daily execution * Implement OEE improvement strategies * Optimization projects for spare parts usage * Execute weekend maintenance plans, ensuring availability of required spare parts and resources * Ensure organization and inventory control in satellite spare parts cages * Ensure equipment availability (Uptime 98.5%) * Proficiency in all applicable technologies within the area, such as PLCs, vision systems, robots, screwdriving systems, and leak testers **Personnel Development** * Attend human error meetings and action plan reviews * Ensure certification of maintenance technicians under supervision * Coordinate training for the team * Manage vacations/absences of personnel under supervision **Costs** * Implement assigned transformation cost improvement projects (Energy, Scrap, Tools, OPE, MM&S) * Participate in QEWO investigations **Quality** * Implement corrective actions to close QEWO/CARs * Ensure proper functioning of EMPs **Environment** * Ensure proper waste segregation * Ensure appropriate control of environmental aspects (water, energy, waste) * Implement corrective actions to close ERCAs and environmental cards * Support countermeasures for abnormalities identified in the environmental and safety regulatory checklist * Ensure proper handling of chemicals * Participate in and ensure worker training on environmental and energy topics * Implement environmental and energy projects Requirements: Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering degree or related field. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency. Willingness to work operational shifts. Minimum 5 years of professional experience. Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in automation (PLC, ROBOT, CNC)
