We are over 121,000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams with diverse profiles including finance, legal experts, data scientists, developers, engineers, and designers. **What are we looking for?** ========================== Your responsibilities: * Carry out effective promotion and sales activities for the range of products and services offered by Wealth Banking and the BBVA Group. * Continuously grow the profitable customer portfolio within the Wealth segment. * Manage assigned clients, aiming to increase their loyalty to the bank by selling a greater number of products and services that meet their needs. * Address and promptly resolve any complaints from clients assigned to your portfolio. * Maintain and update the file for each client assigned to your portfolio. * Focus attention on offering clients the benefits provided by the BBVA Outperformance Model regarding strategies and recommendations for managing their wealth. * Act as a liaison manager between clients and various financial and non-financial business areas. Satisfy the global investment needs of HNWI clients by designing customized portfolios and properly planning strategies for managed portfolios. * We are looking for candidates who have: * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Finance. * Valid AMIB Figure 3 certification, mandatory. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in Wealth Banking and/or the financial sector. * Knowledge of Wealth and Private Banking products. * Knowledge of investment models, mutual funds, and wealth, private, and mortgage credit. * Experience in administrative portfolio management. * Knowledge of securities markets and financial products. * Understanding of banking entries and accounting. * Knowledge of foreign exchange, derivatives, macroeconomics, and profitability. * Results-oriented work capability. * Negotiation skills, objection handling, and customer service abilities.
