




**We are seeking temporary talent for a 3-month period due to disability.** Attract, identify, and select the most suitable talent to fill organizational vacancies, ensuring efficient, fair recruitment and selection processes aligned with the company's culture and business needs. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * **Profile and requirement analysis:** Meet with requesting departments to understand job profiles, functions, and required competencies. * **Job posting:** Write and publish job openings through various channels (job boards, social media, internal portals, universities, etc.). * **Screening and pre-selection:** Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, administer psychometric tests, and verify internal references. * **Interview coordination:** Schedule and follow up on interviews with responsible personnel from the requesting department. * **Evaluation and selection:** Analyze interview and test results to recommend the most suitable candidates. * **File compilation and hiring: Support** in collecting documents and coordinating the onboarding process with analysts. * **Post-hiring follow-up:** Monitor the hiring process and submission of signed documentation. * **Talent database management:** Keep the intake database updated on Drive. Working hours from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm Monday through Friday, Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
