Job Summary: We are seeking a shadow teacher to provide individual accompaniment, implement behavioral strategies, and facilitate social integration within the classroom. Key Responsibilities: 1. Individual accompaniment to support student adaptation and participation 2. Implementation of behavioral intervention strategies 3. Facilitation of social integration and promotion of skills **Note: The published salary is an estimate; the final amount will be agreed upon with the parents based on experience and mutual agreement.** **Position Requirements** * Gender: Unrestricted * Age range: 24 to 40 years old * Valid teaching degree and professional license required **Responsibilities** * Provide individual in-class accompaniment to support the student’s adaptation, continued attendance, and participation in academic activities. * Implement behavioral intervention strategies to regulate impulsivity, attention, and self-control. * Facilitate the student’s social integration with peers, promoting social skills, turn-taking, and conflict resolution. * Observe, record, and monitor the student’s behaviors, progress, and areas for improvement. We seek a shadow teacher possessing the following qualities: * Knowledge of behavioral management. * Positive, firm, and respectful attitude in behavioral management. * Consistent application of boundaries and rules. * Skills to foster student autonomy.
