Job Responsibilities** * Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, professional development, and performance evaluation. * Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and technical specifications. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, quality, sales) to identify requirements, resolve issues, and optimize processes. * Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability. * Evaluate and select new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance engineering capabilities. * Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Serve as a mentor to junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. * Manage the engineering department budget and allocate resources effectively. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). * Minimum of 8 years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or engineering team management role. * Solid knowledge and experience in project management (PMP certification preferred). * Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. * Experience in manufacturing or electronics industry (preferred). * Proficiency in English (spoken and written). * Ability to interpret and apply complex technical data.
