This role requires analysis of multiple variables, hands-on field experience, and decision-making under pressure to ensure each operation is executed per Baker Hughes standards, approved programs, and **HSE** and service quality guidelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and execute **cementing operations in onshore and offshore wells**, including **casing, liner, plug, squeeze, and tie-back cementing**. * Ensure that **all equipment, tools, and materials** are properly prepared, tested, and ready prior to departure to site and upon arrival. * Perform and validate **cementing operational calculations** for onshore and offshore operations, ensuring consistency with the approved program. * Lead **on-site execution**, coordinating operational personnel and ensuring adherence to the work program. * Actively participate in **pre-job planning**, risk analysis, and contingency plan development. * Supervise proper **operation of high-pressure units and cementing equipment** during job execution. * Demonstrate **field leadership**, service orientation, and commitment to operational and safety objectives. * Maintain **clear and effective communication** with crew, customer operator, and support staff. * Work under pressure and make timely decisions in response to operational deviations or unforeseen conditions. * Ensure compliance with Baker Hughes and customer **service quality, HSE, and corporate policy standards**. * Prepare and validate **operational reports, checklists, and post-job documentation**. * Promote **continuous improvement**, sharing of best practices, and development of **advanced cementing techniques**. * Demonstrate accountability, sense of ownership, and **ability to manage on-site personnel**. **Requirements for Success** * **Bachelor’s degree, Engineering, TSU, or equivalent technical training**. * **Minimum 5 years of verifiable field experience in onshore and offshore well cementing operations**. * Experience executing cementing jobs such as **casing, liner, plug, squeeze, and tie-back cementing**. * Experience and knowledge of **cementing operational calculations** (onshore and offshore). * **Verifiable documentation** of the required experience. * Ability to work under pressure, with strong accountability and commitment. * **Leadership, teamwork, and excellent verbal communication skills**. * Service-oriented attitude, focus on quality and safety, and operational discipline. * Availability for field work and demanding operational schedules. **Desirable** * Experience with **advanced cementing techniques**. * Prior experience as a **Field Engineer or Senior Cementing Operator**. * Ability to assume greater technical and operational responsibility on-site. **Work in a way that works for you** We recognize that field work requires flexibility and commitment.
