




Position Summary: Supervise and coordinate the execution of piping fabrication, assembly, and installation work, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality, safety, and schedule. Ensures quality and safety standards during installation Position Objective: Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of process piping fabrication, assembly, and installation work, guaranteeing compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. Main Responsibilities: Supervise accurate field measurements for pipe spool and fitting fabrication. Coordinate and validate pipe layout, cutting, beveling, and preparation for various diameters and materials. Ensure alignment, leveling, and fit-up of pipes and fittings prior to welding and installation. Verify correct interpretation of isometric drawings, technical drawings, and project specifications. Supervise compliance with tolerances, gaps, and fabrication standards per applicable codes. Coordinate operational personnel (pipers, welders, helpers), assign tasks, and track progress. Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials in field activities. Ensure compliance with industrial safety, quality, and environmental standards. Monitor construction schedules, reporting progress, deviations, and resource needs. Validate correct on-site piping installation and assembly. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and safety departments for proper project execution. Technical Knowledge: Piping fabrication and assembly. Interpretation of isometric drawings and diagrams. Types of materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.) and their properties. Cutting, beveling, and preparation processes. Applicable codes and standards (ASME, API, etc., preferred). Tolerance and fit-up control. Skills: Leadership and personnel management Organization and planning Decision-making Effective communication Field problem-solving Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in piping fabrication and assembly. Prior experience as a crew leader or supervisor (preferred). Salary: $24,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (preferred) Experience: * Oil & gas: 3 years (preferred) Willingness to travel: * 100% (preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
