




Job Summary: Coordinates daily production, validates part quality, trains personnel, and proposes improvements to processes and products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and execution of the daily production plan 2. Quality validation and certification of finished products 3. Proposals for continuous improvement in processes and design Participate in developing the daily production plan and coordinate its execution across each production area. Validate production parts based on designs, critical dimensions, tolerances, and specified measurements. Participate in training personnel, ensuring compliance with established procedures. Certify the quality of finished products according to technical requirements. Propose continuous improvements to production processes and finished product design. Consolidate and review daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Address personnel inquiries or issues related to machinery, tools, equipment, or raw materials. Coordinate production with other departments and human resources. Request additional personnel based on production forecasts. Submit evaluations and training verification documents for newly hired personnel. Report personnel incidents to Human Resources by payroll cutoff dates. Report personnel labor issues to facilitate documentation and resolution. Report machine and tool failures to Maintenance. Develop processes in accordance with the Quality Management System.
