




Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior IT Analyst to provide advanced and strategic technical support to internal customers, handling complex requests with professionalism and analytical skills. This role requires professionalism, emotional stability, and analytical skills to handle complex requests related to hardware, systems, and internal processes. Key Responsibilities * Resolve advanced hardware, software, network, and corporate system incidents. * Maintain clear, professional, and assertive communication with internal customers and administrative departments. * Manage complex requests with sound judgment and effective prioritization. * Identify root causes and propose effective solutions. * Document procedures, solutions, and best practices. * Collaborate with departments such as pricing, operations, and administration. * Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure. * Use intermediate English for technical documentation and basic communication. Desirable * Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management). * Certifications: ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+. * Experience supporting administrative departments or pricing teams.
