Collaborative work with housing and construction chambers Due to growth, a leading hardware company seeks: * **IUSA Product Specifier.** Position Objective: To specify products from a major hardware brand in construction projects and private/government initiatives, thereby supporting profitability objectives. **Requirements:** \+ Experience in specification work for private, industrial, and government construction projects. \+ Knowledge of product specification. **\+ Vehicle and laptop are mandatory. \+\+\+\+\+\+\+\+\+** **\+ Residence in Tuxtla Gtz \+\+\+\+\+\+\+\+\+** \+ Knowledge of hardware products (gas, water, electrical, PV, etc.) **Responsibilities:** * Opportunity identification. * Prospecting and participating in tenders. * Project site visits. * Negotiation, updating, and maintenance of agreements. * Technical information facilitation. * Collaboration with local housing and construction chambers. * Attendance and participation in trade exhibitions. * Project reporting. * Monthly/Weekly work schedule. * Visit logging. * Agreement summaries. * Portfolio of developers, government offices, and industries. **We Offer:** * Attractive bi-weekly salary \+ guaranteed variable pay. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Direct employment contract with the company.
