Attention to detail, speed, and organization **Data Entry Clerk** **Job Objective:** To enter and validate information extracted from physical documents, ensuring accurate migration to digital systems with high standards of quality and precision. **Main Responsibilities:** * Entering information from physical documents into digital platforms. * Reviewing and validating data to prevent errors. * Classifying and archiving physical and digital files. * Meeting daily production targets (volume of data entry). * Reporting inconsistencies or illegible documents. * Proper handling of confidential information. * Supporting operational activities of the project. * Managing files and information backups. * Meeting productivity targets and delivery deadlines. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma (technical or bachelor's degree preferred). * Experience: Preferred in data entry or document digitization. * Basic computer skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic/intermediate Excel). * Good spelling and fast typing speed. * Flexible availability for work schedules. **Skills:** * Attention to detail * Speed and accuracy * Organization * Concentration * Working under pressure * Responsibility Employment Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 2 months Salary: $9,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours Work Location: On-site employment
