* View and analyze satellite tracking (via GPS) of units, whether in service or not, from origin to destination. * Work under targets; establish communication strategies (monitoring op.-operators-traffic executives, etc.). * Create the geofences and georoutes required for daily operations. * Prevent operators from making stops in unauthorized locations or high-risk zones.* Monitor and control unit deviations en route. * In case of roadblocks or obstructions, provide an alternate route (route change), confirming the new route with the traffic executive and guiding the operator to their destination.* Confirm unit locations in ERP for visualization. * Inform the operator of authorized stops and approved roads before trip initiation. * Respond to incidents involving major accidents/losses with injuries, road closures due to protests, accidents, criminal acts, weather, road maintenance, and time restrictions, and channel reports to the corresponding departments. * Report GPS failures initially to SkyGuardian’s customer support team; if an ODT is generated, escalate updates to the monitoring leader and/or Asset Security Manager until resolution via physical inspection or equipment replacement as applicable. * Monitor the roadway environment to detect criminal activity affecting our routes. * In case of incidents, act promptly and activate protocols for Theft, Robbery, Panic Button, Route Deviation, Operator Non-Response, Jammer Event, Accident/Loss, Suspicious Vehicle, Suspicious Person, and emergencies according to the scenario presented. * Conduct follow-up calls to operators en route to assess their condition or rule out potential risk situations. * CCTV monitoring via cameras installed at our various yards (La Bomba, Taller La Piedad, and El Mezquite) to supervise company facilities, identify, and proactively respond to security and risk situations. * File reports with 911, National Guard, C5, Public Security, and GPS provider.* In case of any incident during shift, the monitor shall complete F-P04-05. * Confirm route with operational monitoring, especially at trip start and destination. * Confirm transit route schedules with operational monitoring during night shift. * Monitor escorted units to ensure cargo reaches its destination in optimal condition, preventing theft, damage, or any other incident that could compromise its integrity. * Monitor escorted units at all times, including extraordinary movements such as empty runs, emergencies, and/or rescues. * Visual cabin monitoring of units equipped with cameras to obtain evidence in case of accidents or issues occurring during trips. * Shift handover will be conducted via email, including a sweep of stopped units, units transiting through high-risk zones, and follow-up on incident reports with GPS providers (Tickets, ODTS, etc.). Carry out new tasks arising from continuous improvement initiatives within the Asset Security area and other departments.
