Regional Coordinator
1\. Direct operational implementation in the assigned territory, in accordance with the planning established by the Responsible Unit.
2\. Coordinate the work of the state and territorial technical teams, ensuring proper articulation among technical, administrative, and territorial operational areas.
3\. Plan the territorial intervention of the Component, in line with operational planning and established targets.
4\. Organize the territorial distribution of service zones, technical teams, and operational resources required for action implementation.
5\. Supervise the execution of technical, productive, and organizational actions carried out in the territory.
6\. Promote institutional linkage with local authorities, community organizations, and other strategic actors contributing to strengthening the targets.
7\. Monitor compliance with the operational targets established for the territory under their responsibility.
8\. Convene and lead state-level operational follow-up meetings to assess progress, identify challenges, and define improvement actions.
Salary: $27,500.00 \- $28,000.00 per month
Relocation/commuting:
* Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chis.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting work (Mandatory)

Experience:
* Production, agronomic management, and conservation of native maize: 2 years (Mandatory)
