Knowledge of virtual job boards. Payroll management experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment and selection of personnel. Preparation and maintenance of personnel files. Review of payroll-related incidents for weekly and biweekly payrolls. Development of organizational development plans. Follow-up on labor cases with external labor law firms. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. WE OFFER: Monthly net salary of $20,000 MXN. Biweekly payments. Statutory benefits.
