- Minimum high school diploma; engineering degree preferred. - Provide theoretical or practical training to operational staff; conduct refresher training as needed. - Evaluate operator skills across various production area operations. - Deliver theoretical training in the training room to newly hired personnel. - Review and update ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 documentation, document coding, and manage related document control procedures. - Develop the training plan for assigned operational staff and submit progress reports. - Handle procurement procedures for infrastructure required by the department, including computer equipment, furniture, etc. - Organize team-building, motivation, and interactive activities to foster teamwork among trainers.
