Company seeking a **Trainer** with active **DC-5 registration** with the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare (**STPS**) to deliver courses aligned with current regulations and issue valid **DC-3 certificates**. **Requirements:** * Hold an active **DC-5 registration** with STPS * Experience delivering courses related to labor regulations, safety and hygiene, human development, or similar topics * Knowledge and understanding of guidelines for issuing DC-3 certificates * Availability to conduct in-person and/or virtual courses * Ability to compile evidence and documentation according to STPS requirements **Responsibilities:** * Design and deliver training programs aligned with company needs and labor regulations * Issue signed and valid **DC-3 certificates** * Coordinate with the Human Resources department on training schedules and topics * Maintain records and evidence as required by STPS **Desirable:** * Experience across multiple sectors (industrial, commercial, services, etc.) * Knowledge of NOM standards such as NOM-035, NOM-019, NOM-030, among others * Additional certifications in safety, leadership, or organizational development Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Work location: On-site position
