Comprehensively manage the academic, operational, administrative, and commercial operations of the campus, ensuring the achievement of institutional objectives, educational quality, operational efficiency, and enrollment growth. Guarantee proper planning of academic loads, teacher schedules, and required resources, as well as strategic coordination with Commercial and Marketing departments to strengthen student recruitment and retention. Main Responsibilities A. Academic Management Develop and validate academic loads and teacher schedules, optimizing resources and ensuring regulatory compliance. Supervise teacher performance and ensure continuous professional development of academic staff. Monitor progress in educational programs, assessments, and curriculum implementation. Promote the use of innovative teaching methodologies and educational technology tools. Ensure educational service quality and student satisfaction. B. Operational and Administrative Management Manage campus resources (infrastructure, materials, human resources). Supervise administrative and academic processes to ensure operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with institutional policies, educational regulations, and regulatory requirements. Manage key campus indicators: attendance, dropout rates, retention, academic efficiency, and teacher performance. C. Commercial and Marketing Management Directly coordinate the commercial and marketing department, aligning student recruitment and retention goals. Participate in defining and implementing promotion, positioning, and student enrollment strategies. Track commercial targets, conversions, agreements, and external engagement activities. Represent the campus at events, education fairs, institutional activities, and strategic partnerships. D. Leadership and Team Development Lead, motivate, and evaluate the campus academic, administrative, and commercial teams. Foster a collaborative work environment focused on service and continuous improvement. Implement effective internal communication processes across departments. Job Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, Educational Management, or related field. Desirable: Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Educational Institution Administration, MBA, or similar. Experience Minimum of 5 years in coordination or leadership roles within educational institutions. Demonstrable experience in developing teacher schedules and academic loads.
