If you’re passionate about creating visual content that explodes across social media, converts into campaigns, and moves audiences with every scroll… this is *the* opportunity for you. **Academic Background:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field. **Professional Experience:** Minimum 1.5 years working at marketing agencies, design studios, or creative teams focused on digital and visual content for social media. **Technical Skills:** * **After Effects and Premiere Pro**: motion graphics creation, video editing, and audio adjustments. * **CapCut**: desirable for quick edits or social-media-specific formats. * **Adobe Photoshop**: photo retouching and preparation of visual assets. * **Adobe Illustrator**: creation and manipulation of vector graphics. * **Figma**: UI design, prototyping, and visual organization of campaigns. * **VFX (visual effects)**: basic to intermediate integration of effects in After Effects. * Workflow integration among these tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Figma). * Desirable: knowledge of visual composition and color grading for impactful digital content. **Responsibilities:** \- Create animations and motion graphics using software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro\- Collaborate closely with the creative team and marketing team members to develop designs and videos that stand out and effectively communicate brand messages. \- Create dynamic visual content for use in social media posts, digital ads, promotional videos, and more. \- Participate in the conceptualization of visual campaigns alongside the creative and content teams. \- Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively, meeting established deadlines while maintaining high quality standards. \- Design short animations and videos for social media, advertising campaigns, presentations, and websites. \- Develop interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma. \- Stay updated on design, animation, and digital tool trends. \- Ensure visual consistency across all digital materials, adhering to brand guidelines. **Soft Skills:** * Creativity and visual innovation. * Organization and adherence to deadlines. * Strong teamwork communication and openness to feedback. * Attention to detail in design and editing. **We Offer:** * Hybrid work model (office located at Av.
