




Comprehensively manage the academic, operational, administrative, and commercial functions of the institution, ensuring the achievement of institutional objectives, educational quality, operational efficiency, and enrollment growth. Guarantee proper planning of academic loads, teacher schedules, and required resources, as well as strategic coordination with Commercial and Marketing departments to strengthen student recruitment and retention. Main Responsibilities A. Academic Management * Develop and validate academic loads and teacher schedules, optimizing resources and ensuring regulatory compliance. * Supervise teaching performance and ensure continuous professional development of academic staff. * Monitor progress in educational programs, assessments, and curriculum implementation. * Promote the use of innovative pedagogical methodologies and educational technology tools. * Ensure educational service quality and student satisfaction. B. Operational and Administrative Management * Manage institutional resources (infrastructure, materials, human resources). * Supervise administrative and academic processes to ensure operational efficiency. * Ensure compliance with institutional policies, educational regulations, and regulatory requirements. * Manage key institutional indicators: attendance, dropout rates, retention, academic efficiency, and teaching performance. C. Commercial and Marketing Management * Directly coordinate the commercial and marketing department, aligning student recruitment and retention goals. * Participate in defining and implementing promotion, positioning, and student enrollment strategies. * Monitor commercial targets, conversions, agreements, and external engagement activities. * Represent the institution at events, education fairs, institutional activities, and strategic partnerships. D. Leadership and Team Development * Lead, motivate, and evaluate the academic, administrative, and commercial teams. * Foster a collaborative work environment focused on service excellence and continuous improvement. * Implement effective internal communication processes across departments. * Manage staff training and development programs. 4\. Performance Indicators (KPIs) * 100% completion of academic loads and schedules without incidents. * Enrollment growth and achievement of commercial goals. * Student and teacher satisfaction index. * Institutional operational efficiency (costs, resource utilization, process compliance). * Student retention and persistence. * Compliance with academic and regulatory audits. 5\. Job Requirements * Educational Background * Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, Educational Management, or related field. * Desired: Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Educational Institution Administration, MBA, or similar. Experience Minimum of 5 years in coordination or leadership roles within educational institutions. Demonstrable experience in developing teacher schedules and academic loads. Experience leading commercial teams or coordinating with marketing. Technical Knowledge Academic planning and current educational regulations.
