At ON BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, we are seeking a Junior Accountant passionate about accounting and tax matters, with initiative and commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Accurately and promptly perform accounting for assigned clients. * Calculate monthly and annual taxes in accordance with current tax legislation. * File tax returns via official portals (SAT). * Respond to client calls and attend meetings to resolve tax-related inquiries. * Support financial reporting and preparation of financial statements. * Prepare bank reconciliations. * Update accounting databases and information backups. * Identify opportunities to improve clients’ tax compliance. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Proficiency in accounting systems such as: COI, NOI, COMPAQ, Navision, Epicor, Sinube. * Competencies: responsibility, teamwork, adaptability to change, punctuality, and time management. **WE OFFER:** Salary: $13,000.00 net per month Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Benefits: TotalPass, English classes, and statutory benefits.
