Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or related professional as a Construction Supervisor for technical and financial supervision of construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Verification of the quality of construction work and materials. We are looking for a **Civil Engineer** or related professional to join our team as a **CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR** **Requirements:** \- Civil Engineer or related professional, preferably licensed. \- Experience in technical and financial supervision of construction projects. \- Experience in managing and administering contracts for publicly funded construction projects. \- Supervision of on-site operational personnel. \- Familiarity with the Public-Private Partnership Law. \- Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Review and analysis of hydraulic and sanitary engineering project drawings. * Verification of concrete, masonry, and steel structural construction. * Verification of earthwork structures (excavations, grading, and compaction). * Review and analysis of construction drawings, equipment layouts, isometric drawings, and piping and installation diagrams. * Verification of specifications for electromechanical equipment and instruments, assembly and installation procedures, and operational testing. * Verification of workmanship quality. * Verification of quality of construction materials to be used. * Verification of equipment and machinery utilization timeframes and productivity rates. Employment Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract. Salary: $17,000\.00 per month. Work Location: On-site employment.
