**OPERATIONS MANAGER** **JOB SUMMARY:** Oversee and comprehensively coordinate all operational activities at the airport station, ensuring proper execution of processes, compliance with quality and safety standards, and optimal utilization of human and material resources. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Supervise the proper execution of ramp, air traffic, cargo, aircraft handling, cleaning, and apron services operations. * Coordinate field personnel to ensure adherence to scheduled flight departure/arrival times without delays attributable to operations. * Verify compliance with operational safety procedures (SMS), AVSEC, and airport regulations. * Monitor the status and availability of ground support equipment (GSE) and coordinate maintenance as required. * Immediately address and resolve any incident, deviation, or operational requirement. * Establish effective communication with airlines, airport authorities, suppliers, and other internal departments. * Coordinate shift rotations, attendance, and coverage for operational staff. * Ensure correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with internal policies. * Conduct regular inspections of the apron and operational areas to identify opportunities for improvement. * Prepare daily operational reports, incident logs, performance indicators, and implemented improvements. * Participate in internal investigations in case of incidents or irregularities. * Support continuous training of operational staff under supervision. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** Minimum 3 years of experience in airport operational areas (ramp, air traffic, services, cargo). **SKILLS:** Leadership, decision-making under pressure, effective communication, and results-oriented mindset. **LANGUAGES:** Basic–intermediate English **KNOWLEDGE** **REQUIRED:** Knowledge of aviation safety regulations, apron operations, AVSEC and SMS, operational performance indicators, and basic reporting tools. **EDUCATION:** Technical degree or completed bachelor’s degree in Airport Operations, Logistics, Administration, or related field.
