




Job Summary: Cosmetic Testing Coordinator to ensure the development, innovation, and quality assurance of new nail products, complying with regulatory and company standards. Market-leading company in professional-use nail products seeks a **Cosmetic Testing Coordinator**. Your role will be to contribute to the development and innovation of new products according to customer requirements; and to manage the quality assurance of Organic Nails’ new products through control and monitoring of sensory testing, ensuring that the final product complies with national/international regulatory standards and those established by Organic Nails. We are seeking a candidate with either an incomplete bachelor’s degree or technical specialization in nail application, plus 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions. These are the **key responsibilities**: * Ensure timely and proper review of Organic Nails’ new products to effectively support product release and usage (testing, physicochemical analysis, sensory evaluation, or others), coordinating and monitoring team members’ activities. * Generate and review test evaluation reports for raw material samples, finished products, tools, or others, ensuring timely and accurate first-in/first-out flow. * Train team members requiring technical knowledge in testing, as well as in reviewing/verifying development of new and existing Organic Nails products, to support quality assurance. * Coordinate sample testing activities (receipt, labeling, application, and storage) for new/line products and raw materials across all stages at Organic Nails, ensuring all necessary information is available to achieve the company’s strategic objectives and support quality assurance. * Demonstrate visible and consistent support for implementing the quality management, asset security, and environmental systems in the workplace. **Essential Knowledge:** * Application techniques across three systems (acrylics, gel, and polygel) for nails. * Knowledge of materials and raw materials used in nail application. * Knowledge of general tools and instruments used in nail application. * Product and tool-specific arguments for nails. **Specific Certifications Required for This Position:** * Organic Nails products or others. * Nail application. * Specialized education in nail application. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (flexible schedule possible). On-site work only. Location: Col. Lomas del Colli (Periférico and Guadalupe), Zapopan, Jalisco.
