Requirements: * Education in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related fields**. * **Minimum 3 years of experience** coordinating finish works (painting, flooring, cladding, carpentry, etc.). * Knowledge of **activity planning, quality control, and contractor supervision**. * Ability to **read and interpret drawings and technical specifications**. * Experience in **materials management, schedule execution, and cost control**. * Familiarity with **occupational health and safety regulations applicable to construction sites**. * Skills in **leadership, communication, and problem-solving**. * **Willingness to work on-site and travel as required by the project**. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 hrs, and Saturday, 8:00–12:00 hrs.
